HSBC Online Banking

No matter if you're an employee or self-employed, you can manage your contributions, personal or tax-deductible voluntary contribution accounts easily via online banking. It's automatically linked to your MPF account, so you can use the same log on using your HSBC Online Banking credentials.

Sign up for our MPF eStatement and eAdvice service to get your latest MPF member benefit statements and HSBC MPF advice through online banking.

We'll send you notifications at your registered email address once we've processed contributions from your employer. To register or update your email address, please fill in and submit a personal details change form.

HSBC MPF WeChat Official Account

You can enjoy self-service through our official WeChat account, available for devices running on Android™ or iOS, such as:

  • getting answers to general enquiries from 'Emma', our virtual assistant
  • accessing the latest updates and HSBC MPF information
