For your security, a notification will automatically be sent to you via SMS/email when you log on to digital trading services, change your password or trade certain stocks/ securities. This service is free of charge and alert you to any irregular account activity. If you have not performed the action mentioned in a notification, contact us as soon as possible.

When we will send you an notification?

Remarks:

1 Only account holder(s)/authorised trader(s) is/are eligible to receive SMS notifications. We send SMS notifications to all account holders of individual/joint accounts, and for corporate accounts, to all authorised traders when you have opted in this service. If you wish to change the recipient(s), you may submit a completed and signed Change of SMS Notifications Request Form navigate to useful information to us by post or in person.

2 To ensure you/ your authorised trader(s) receive SMS notifications from HSBC Broking, please update mobile number by submitting a completed and signed Change of Customer Information Instruction Form (for account holders) navigate to useful information / Change of Other Relevant Person(s) Information Instruction Form (for authorised trader(s)) navigate to useful information to us by post or in person.
