For your security, a notification will automatically be sent to you via SMS. This free-of-charge service will alert you to any irregular account activity. If you have not performed the action mentioned in the notification, contact us as soon as possible.

When we will send you an notification?

Remarks:

1 Only account holder(s)/authorised trader(s) is/are eligible to receive SMS notifications. We send SMS notifications to all account holders of individual/joint accounts, and for corporate accounts, to all authorised traders when you have opted in this service. If you wish to change the recipient(s), you may submit a completed and signed Change of SMS Notifications Request Form to us by post or in person.

2 To ensure you/ your authorised trader(s) receive SMS notifications from HSBC Broking, please update mobile number by submitting a completed and signed Change of Customer Information Instruction Form (for account holders) / Change of Other Relevant Person(s) Information Instruction Form (for authorised trader(s)) to us by post or in person.

3 SMS notifications are only applicable to trading Hong Kong stocks and China Connect securities through Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.
