We have approved over 769,000 claims in 2022 alone. In all, 92% claims from our group medical plans and 91% claims from our VHIS plans are approved, protecting you when you are unwell and supporting you through recovery.

We paid out more than HKD1 billion in medical benefits in 2022 alone. In all, 97% of the amount claimed under our VHIS plans and 88% of the amount claimed under our group medical plans were paid.
