For three enchanting evenings from 5 to 7 March 2025, we invited our esteemed Premier Elite clients to an exclusive four-hands Michelin-starred dining experience at Beefbar, Central, where two culinary maestros joined forces to craft an exquisite eight-course menu, blending the finest elements of Thai and Western cuisine.
Chef Thanintorn "Noom" Chantharawan of Chim by Siam Wisdom, Bangkok, and Chef Ivan Chan of Beefbar, Hong Kong, came together to meticulously design a feast that took guests on a sensory journey—from delicate and refreshing flavours to bold, rich indulgence, creating a symphony of taste and craftsmanship.
This remarkable evening was further elevated by intimate interactions between the chefs and guests, along with a touch of heritage—the specially crafted 1865 Wardley cocktail, a tribute to HSBC's 160-year legacy, making it a truly unforgettable dining experience.
