Four Hands Savour Dining

Hosted over three evenings from 13 to 15 November 2024, the exclusive Four Hands Savour Dining experience was nothing short of remarkable. More than 100 selected HSBC Premier Elite clients and guests indulged in a Michelin-starred gastronomic journey, exquisitely crafted by Chef Yew Eng Tong from Alma by Juan Amador and Chef Mitsuru Konishi from Plaisance by Mauro Colagreco.  Beyond the masterful fusion of flavours, the intimate interactions with the chefs have added a heartfelt touch to this one-of-a-kind experience.
