'New for old' car replacement
Replace your car, which is stolen or suffers total loss in an accident, with a car of the same make and model without deducting any depreciation as long as:
- you are the first registered owner
- the loss occurs within the first twelve months of the first registration of the Car with the Transport Department
- the first registration of the Car with the Transport Department must be made within the calendar year immediately following the year of the manufacture thereof

Car damage protection in Guangdong Province of the People’s Republic of China
We can extend your policy to cover you and your car for loss/damage as well as the medical expenses when you are driving in Guangdong Province of the People’s Republic of China where your indemnity limits remain unchanged as the original policy.

We can also cover audio-visual equipment, disablement equipment, car camera, sunroof, GPS, car alarm which is permanently fixed to your car and that are not configured as the original specification by your car’s manufacturer.

Major exclusions
Unfortunately we can’t cover you for :
- consequential loss
- depreciation wear and tear mechanical or electrical breakdown failure or breakage
- damage to tyres unless damage is caused to other parts of the insured car at the same time
- excess where applicable as stated in the Policy Schedule
- loss or damage as a result of intentional self-injury, suicide or attempted suicide
- any accident occurs due to drunk driving or drug driving of an insured driver
